Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra kick-started the Food Yatra from one of Mumbai’s famous morning food joints – Cafe Madras (in Matunga).
After indulging in an enjoyable breakfast of Vada Sambhar, Idli Butter Pudi, Butter Dosa, Set Dosa and the famous ‘Kaapi’, the morning elixir of the connoisseur.
The Daawat-e-Ishq pair was fuelled up for a bike ride from Mumbai to Charoti en route to Talasari passing by lush greenery, picturesque streams and lots of fresh air! Great weather to start a gastronomical road yatra.

A hearty lunch stop at Parsi-da-Dhaba beckoned Taru and Gullu who indulged in Parsi delicacies – Keema half-fry, Patra-ni-Machchi and Mutton Dhansak before heading to Surat.
A sea of people was ready with open arms to welcome the pair at Shree Balaji Janta Ice Cream Centre, known for its inventive and original flavours – Green Chilly Ice Cream, Ginger Ice Cream and Coriander Ice Cream!
A long ride to Ahmedabad followed with a quick stopover dinner at Hotel Honest known to avid road travelers in the food loving state of Gujarat.
