Wednesday, December 2, is the deadline to submit Official Screen Credits (OSC) forms to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for 88th Academy Awards consideration.
For a feature film to be eligible, the film’s distributor or producer must complete the OSC form, sign the hard copy, then mail or deliver it along with the film’s legal billing to the Academy’s 8949 Wilshire Boulevard headquarters.
The deadline for submission by either method is 5 p.m. PT on December 2. If a feature film is released in Los Angeles County in 2015 and the completed OSC form and billing are not delivered by the deadline, the film will not be eligible for Academy Awards consideration in any year.
