India’s leading Bollywood film production company Yash Raj Films (YRF) said Wednesday that it will bring together Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan for the first time ever in its upcoming film “Thugs of Hindostan.”
The word Hindostan is derived from Hindustan or a nation only for the people belonging to the Hindu religion. India, which is also called Hindustan, is currently under the rule of a Hindu regime controlled by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headed by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The “Thugs of Hindostan” movie is believed to be a real-life story based on the recent experiences of Aamir Khan who faced the wrath of BJP when he had subtly expressed his resentment on the increasing intolerance in India.

Aamir Khan had said that his wife suggested him to go out of India because the BJP-supported groups are so intolerant that they are hell-bent to attack the minority communities including Muslims in India. As his name suggests, Aamir Khan is a Muslim.
It will be interesting to see the role of Amitabh Bachchan in the “Thugs of Hindostan” because he is working as a brand ambassador for multiple projects of the Hindu party BJP.
Bachchan must be knowing that all the Modi government’s projects – such as Swachh Bharat and education for children – that he supports have failed miserably. Modi’s government is wasting public money worth thousands of crores of rupees on these mismanaged projects.

Willy-nilly, Bachchan is still promoting them. So, it is expected that he will support the thugs in the movie as he is doing in his real life.
It is believed that “Thugs of Hindostan” movie will highlight the nexus between Indian politicians and criminals, as almost all politicians here are corrupt and many are facing serious criminal charges. They have reduced India to a level of criminalized kleptocracy, in which all the four pillars of democracy have collapsed.
“Thugs of Hindostan” is still looking for the leading lady of the film, which expected to be released around Diwali 2018.
