CBGB, a New York venue and music place, announces its 3rd Annual CBGB Music and Film Festival which will take place from Wednesday, October 8th through Sunday, October 12th.
The annual festival presents new music, films, industry talks and special events all across New York City.
The five-day annual event will take place in theaters, clubs, galleries, private spaces, roof tops, and hotels throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn; from Williamsburg to Times Square.
Center 548, the 35,000 sq. ft. converted warehouse, located on East 22nd street, will serve as the central hub for the entire festival which will include the CBGB Icon Awards, music themed art exhibitions, concerts, comedy performances, and more.

“We continue to support emerging and established talent who represent music and film in all their forms. For us, music transcends space and sharing it with fans in a unique form is something we are very passionate about,” said Tim Hayes, CBGB co-owner.
The CBGB Music Festival will feature emerging and established artists covering a variety of genres. The festival will partner with numerous venues presenting live performances throughout New York City.
The CBGB Film Festival, which features music-focused films, will showcase a myriad of cinema including scripted narratives, documentaries, concert films, shorts and other stories.
